Week 5

I'm in a bit of a plateau for the past half week, probably partially due to my cheat day I had on Saturday for an all day party with my friends. I was hoping to get down to 220 or lower by Saturday as I hit 220.5 lbs three days prior on Wednesday's weigh in, but I did not and it left me a little deflated. (Or inflated! HA!)

Regardless, Once Saturday was over I got back on the calorie counting and today I made it to my Jiu Jitsu class despite some time pressure. With luck, I'll hit that 220 lb mark by Wednesay this week and sail into the 219.5 lb mark by Saturday.
