Remember how last week I pointed out that I my Saturday weigh in was a local high point from the fluctuations a person goes through in a week? Well, this Saturday was another fluctuation in the other direction. By Monday I had bounced up a pound and a half to 218 but its all good, as long as the trending is down.
So at 15 lbs lost since I started, I'm back to roughly where I was last year when I plateaued and stalled. Then I was sick with Strep Throat for a week, lost four pounds, and stopped tracking food and calories.
Can I break the barrier and get down to 210 lbs before summer swings in?
