Today's lunch hour class of Jiu Jitsu saw us getting introduced to the Bo, a.ka. a big stick. Basically its a wooden dowel about 1 inch in diameter and as tall of taller than its user. A professional Bo is tapered at the end. Man, it was fun practising the attacks and blocks and counters with the weapons. More fun than I had with the baton a couple months ago.
