Thursday Thirteen.... On A Friday!

Thirteen Things about Bill 1. My first computer was a Commodore Vic 20. Second was a Commodore 64. Loved those machines. 2. I'm a sucker for Teen Romanitic Comedies because my High School years were never romantic and rarely comedic. 3. I've got a small tatoo on my back. It makes me feel like such a rebel. 4. I used to wear two earrings in my left ear. I stopped wearing them when I was laid off for 5 months because I thought it was preventing me from getting a job. Ironically, my next interview without them I got the job and when I talked to my boss about it much later he said he probably would not have hired me had I been wearing them. 5. Growing up I lived in two houses. First five years in a duplex outside of Athens Ontario, and the next 15 years down the road fifteen minutes in Greenbush. 6. I have a weakness for chocolate and caramel. 7. I like regular Coke and Diet Pepsi, but despise Diet Coke and regular Pepsi. The new Coke Zero is pretty good IMHO though. 8. I wish I owned a cottage out in a secluded area on a lake. I don't want to have to pay for it, and I don't care for the long drive to get there, but the IDEA of a cottage out in the wilderness appeals to me. 9. I think snakes are very cool and have tried to convince Kim to let me get one. They're soooooo cute! 10. I think pro atheletes are vastly overpaid for the most part, especially Baseball and Basketball although Hockey is getting up there too. I find it sad that a job that saves lives like a fire fighter barely has a salary large enough to support a family, but an egocentric moron whose only contribution to the world is attitude and some ability with a ball gets paid more in a year than most of us see in a lifetime. 11. I have never been drunk or high. Except for sips, I have never drank alcolohic beverages. 12. I can name everyone in my class from public school, both first and last names. That's what happens when you got to school with the same people seven years in a row. 13. Worst movie I have ever seen was called Subspecies and it became the byword of my friend and I growing up to mean the corniest, dumbest, cheapest movie we knew. Had a good laugh over that one.
